We’re a small family business operating a bakery out of our home in Curling, Corner Brook NL. 

We specialize in sourdough bread, bagels and cookies that are all cold proofed for up to 48hr to give a strong flavour. Our breads are all mixed and kneaded by hand in small batches with care and passion.
